This notice covers this website only — the Cycle It company page at cycleit.gi. If you bought a ticket through one of our ticketing services, the privacy policy shown on the site you bought it from applies to that purchase.
What we collect here
Nothing, unless you use the contact form. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
The contact form
- We store the name (optional), email address and message you submit, so we can read it and reply.
- A copy is emailed to our staff mailbox for the same purpose.
- We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable record-keeping period, then delete them.
- We never sell or share this data with anyone else, except providers that process it for us (hosting and email delivery).
Your rights
